BioFEST'23 - Interdepartmental Registration Form
This registration form is to collect the details of teams from a department and to communicate further instructions on the events. Kindly provide accurate details as close as possible.

1. Here, a TEAM represents the total number of participants from a particular department.
2. A team must have a TEAM LEADER who will be filling this form. He/She will be receiving further communications regarding the event.
3. A communication with a word document will be sent to the TEAM LEADER via email/WhatsApp to provide details about individual participants.
4. All Teams must have a faculty associated with them.



There are THREE Prize positions such as I, II and III for every event. Each prize will carry points and accumulated to identify the Department for Championship Trophy and Prize Money.
