GROUP REGISTRATION:  Please register staff members separately. In order to minimize confusion and be able to send instant confirmation to all participants, we will no longer be using an external group registration form.  If you are a Central Office member registering your staff, please register them individually. You will need to fill out this form completely multiple times.  Thank you!

Registration Fees (Tiered Pricing System Applies)
~$0 - No Cost to Curriculum Team Districts: Districts purchasing presenter contract (i.e. Curriculum Team Districts) may attend at no cost. The following is a list of "Curriculum Team" districts for the 2019-2020 school year: Ada, Botkins, Fairlawn, Hardin-Houston, Jackson Center, Riverside, Upper Scioto Valley, Ridgemont, Kenton City Schools, and Sidney City Schools.

~$75 for districts not listed above from Hardin, Shelby, or Logan counties, Boards of DD, and Career Centers.

~$105 for school districts outside of the above counties or other agencies/non-profits.

Our Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be received 11 days prior to the day of the event. Cancellations receive outside of this policy will not be accepted. Attendees and/or employing districts will be billed accordingly.

Weather / Closure Disclaimer: Participants should plan to arrive unless they receive a formal “CLOSURE / CANCELLATION” email from the Midwest Regional ESC on the morning of the event.
