JMC Student Secondary School Destination Survey 2023-24
Grade 8 is a milestone year for many reasons, including preparing for the transition from elementary to secondary school. January is the time when students will select the courses that they would like to take in their first year of high school. What an exciting time! In order to set us all up for success, we need to have accurate information about which high school students are attending.

We need your help! Please fill out this survey WITH your parent/guardian and submit it by December 16th, 2023. We will use the information to make sure that when course selection opens up in myBlueprint, you have the right options to choose from.

Student's Destination School - This ONLY applies to feeder schools where there is an option of destination. Please use the school locator to determine if this is you.  If the student in your home is in a school that feeds specifically into one secondary, requesting a destination change will require additional steps.
