SUMMER CAMP DATES
The 8-week summer camp features different themes each week  
The fee is weekly and includes a farm-to-table lunch,  while packed lunches from home still have to be provided to ensure the child has options and meets individual dietary needs.

Please check the box next to the summer weeks you would like to register your child
PAYMENT
For registrations completed by March 31, 2024, by 00.00, we will send you an invoice with a payment link with a 15% off once we receive the registration form. Spot is only secured upon payment

If you register for more than 2 weeks, 50% down payment to secure the spot is required and The remaining balance will be collected each week before the corresponding camp week starts.
Refund Policy
The applicants understand of the following refund policy:
100% refund for a 60-day notice
50% refund for a 30-day notice
15% refund for a 15 days notice
No refund when camp starts on July 2

Authorized Pick-up
The applicants understand that only authorized person stated in the registration form can pick up the child *
Late Pick-up
The applicants understand that a late pick-up fee of $20 will be charged for the first 15 minutes and $2 per minute thereafter. 
If, after two hours, we are unable to reach the emergency contact, the police will be notified.

Late Pick-up Policy
The applicants understand that if the child is left for one hour or more past the camp on two occasions without notifying the Summer Camp Coordinator, the child will no longer be allowed to participate and no fees will be refunded.

Behavioral Compatibility Policy

The applicants understand that, in cases where observed behavioral issues hinder a child's ability to comply with camp rules and activities, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants.
Decisions regarding the child's continued participation will be made collaboratively with parents or guardians.

Toileting Independence

The applicants understand that the child is responsible for managing their toileting needs independently.

The camp facilities provide portable washrooms available on the farm.

Food Policy
The applicants understand that the parents or legal guardian is responsible for providing/packing the nut-free lunch and snack for the child. No refrigeration is available.
Please include only appropriate non-perishable food items.
Each Meal shall be labeled with the child's name and date. *
Information
The applicants understand that they will always have this information when searching emails for "Tucan Holistic."
The applicants understand that emails sent pertaining to this application information may not be responded to.

Camp Details
The applicants understand that a few days prior to the camp week, they will receive an email containing all camp instructions, including what to bring extra.
Please refrain from emailing us with inquiries before that time.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification
The applicants understand that Emmy Suparmin and Meng Karbach of Tucan Holistic Events, coordinators, instructors, and hosts of the Regenerative Farming Summer Camp, will not be held liable or responsible for any losses, injuries, or incidents during the summer hours, drop-in, and pick-up times.

The applicants understand that we have the exclusive and unlimited right to use and reproduce all photographs, slides, moving pictures, audio, and visual recordings taken
during the summer camp.

Children's faces will not be shown without individual consent.
