2024 SUMMER CAMP HUNT DESIGNER APPLICATION
The Summer Camp Hunt is the second on-sim hunt of the year at Malus Park.
Our hunt area is the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors of the summer. 

This hunt is NOT grid-wide hunt. It is an dedicated region hunt.
The hunt area is located in the common area of the Malus region (listed below).

= MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS =

- At Least 1 Exclusive Hunt Item (Not Available Elsewhere During the Hunt)
- Maximum of 10 Hunt Items Per Designer.
- All Hunt Items Must Be Priced at L$10 Or Less.

= Participation Fees =

Sponsor: L$250 (Limited to 10)
Standard: L$100 (Limited to 10)

- 20 Designers Total -

We strive to keep costs affordable so that a wide variety of designers can participate.
Participation fees cover the costs of hunt preparations, venue decorations and advertising.

* Fees will be waived for non-profit charity organizations. Documentation required. *

= SPONSOR vs STANDARD =

Sponsors receive priority placement on the website and in the hunts hints guide. This is why sponsor spaces are limited and costs more than a standard hunt designer.

A wait list will be created once sponsor reservations are full. Anyone on the wait list will be registered as a standard designer until a sponsor space opens. This does not guarantee a sponsor position in the event.

= IMPORTANT INFO =

- Acceptance letters will be sent out with payment instructions & hunt information.
- Participation fees are due upon acceptance. Fees are non-refundable.
- Group invites will be sent out upon payment of participation fees.
- A group tag is required to rez items in the sim. Please ensure you have space available.
- Hunt packages are sent out the day after the application deadline for each hunt.
- Designer Set-Up for ALL hunts begin 1 week prior to the specified hunt start date.
- Business in a box items are NOT allowed. No exceptions.
- Original mesh is highly encouraged, but not required. If you use full perm templates, you must significantly modify them to create a unique design of your own. Be creative!
 - Terms of Service (TOS) violations will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have violated creator and/or Linden Lab TOS will be immediately reported & removed from the hunt.
