Referee Sign-up and Season Info
Hi everyone! 

By completing this form, you will be confirming yourself as a referee for WLYSA during the Spring Season, and if interested, during our youth tournament in July. 

Form Info
The form will ask you basic information that we will use to begin scheduling you for games this season.

Referee Pay Days
We have confirmed with our accountants that we will be doing 3 paydays this year for Referees. 
Paydays will be:
May 31st - inclusive of April 28th - May 24th (picked up at fields on the 31st or sent by mail)
June 21st - inclusive of May 25th - June 14th (picked up at fields on the 21st or sent by mail)
June 27th - inclusive of June 15th - end of season June 21st. (Sent by mail).

All paycheques will be determined by the Referee Score Sheet for each game officiated. Like a timesheet, the scoresheets must be handed at the end of each day with the referees name, age group officiated, and colors of the teams officiated to confirm the game. More information will be provided to the refs before they begin the season.

Reimbursement for Courses
Alexis cannot view who completed what courses on RefCentre - if you would like to be reimbursed for courses taken this year, please forward the receipt to admin@wlysa.com. 
Courses will be reimbursed on the first paycheque.

We will do our best to schedule referees for games that they are a minimum of 2 years older than the age group they are officiating. The exception will be for assistant referees on entry level games with an adult head referee - we will have assistants be equal to or older than the players they are lining for. 

We want all our referees to have positive, confident building experiences, and would like your input on comfort level regardless of courses completed.

Our season runs from April 28th to June 21st. 
House games for U14 - U18 are during the week and house games for U7 - U13 are on Saturday mornings. 
Our Rep League host day is Sunday May 11th (additional opportunities for 100MH and Quesnel may be available as well). 
The Frontier Cup is set for July 5th - 6th in Williams Lake. 

Please let us know if you are aware of any days of the week, or weekends that will not currently work with your schedule.
