TFS Re-opening Survey: Parents

Governor Bullock’s “Re-opening the Big Sky” plan is divided into three phases. These phases will play a large part in dictating what educational model can be provided at Three Forks Schools for the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
-Phase I would be strictly Distance Learning, similar to the model offered in the spring of 2020.
-Phase II allows schools to open and offer face-to-face instruction with strict social distancing and safety protocols.
-Phase III eases most restrictions, allowing all students to return to school.

The purpose of this survey is to gather input regarding how Three Forks Schools will develop an academic plan for the start of the 2020-2021 school year if we remain in Phase II (we are currently in Phase II). The information gathered from both parents and staff members will be shared with the Board of Trustees and taken into consideration when a plan is developed. There are a lot of factors that impact this decision and TF Schools will try to be as timely as possible with notifying parents and community members of plans to re-open.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey!
