This survey is an opportunity for you to help our district by sharing your input with us. Your opinions are important as we plan for the future of our district. We are interested in your feedback, particularly your thoughts on the school and district’s efforts to promote academic success and well-being for every student.

If you have more than one child at our district, please think about the oldest of these children as you answer the questions. Please answer all the questions based on your experiences at your child’s school in our district only. We appreciate your honest opinion.
