2023 ACYOA Armenia Service Program (ASP) Registration
The ACYOA Seniors Central Council invites you to join another extraordinary trip to our Armenian homeland! Participants will have a unique opportunity to affirm their faith, discover their homeland, and serve its people in a meaningful way. The trip leader will be Fr. Hratch Sargsyan, pastor of St. Gregory of Narek, Richmond
Heights, OH.

This year's trip will take place from JULY 1-21, 2023 - totaling three weeks.

The actual cost of the program is $2,775.00, which includes all lodging, ground transportation, most meals, and entrance fees to all sightseeing locations. The first 25 participants to register will receive a discounted rate of $2,000.00, thanks to the generosity of the Dadourian Foundation, ACYOA subsidies, and fundraising efforts.

Please note: The participant fee does not include tips, alcoholic beverages, or airfare. Participants will purchase their own flights separately and  work with Diocesan staff to coordinate their arrival and departure times with other participants.

Please complete this online application as the first step in your application process.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the additional following forms for you to complete: Health History Form, Essay Form, Clergy Recommendation Form, and a Scholarship Request Form. Those forms, along with a copy of your passport photo page, must be submitted by mail or email by APRIL 25.

Your deposit check of $600.00 is due by APRIL 25. The final payment of $1,400.00 is due by MAY 25. Please feel free to Jennifer Morris should you want to set-up a payment plan.

You may choose to cancel anytime before APRIL 25 without penalty. After APRIL 25, 30% of the total cost of the trip is non-refundable. After MAY 25, the total cost of the trip is non-refundable.
