Cleaning check list

Use this check list to remember what needs to be done.

Check the boxes when a task is done. Do NOT check an item if it has not been done.

CLEAN EVERY TIME

(Regardless of which rooms have been used)

Vacuum and wash/mop floors in the Wardrobe area and in the two red wardrobe toilets. (Use the cleaning soap named "Natursæbe")

Clean the two wardrobe toilet sinks, toilets, mirrors and surfaces

Empty garbage bins and lady bins from the wardrobe toilets and put in new garbage bags

Fill up with toilet paper and paper towels in the two wardrobe toilets/bathrooms

Check the area outside the building and pick up any left trash or cigarette buds

Empty the ashtrays in front of the building. (And on top of the ramp if Maskinsalen has been used)

Wipe/clean all outside tables and benches

Clean the mop-machine so it works well the next time! And put the batteries back in the charger

Leave the bags with dirty table cloths in front of the office door. When you leave the bags, use a marker to write "M" for Maskinsalen, "S" for Stuen or "R" Refugiet, depending on which room the bag came from. This is so we can identify which customer to charge for cleaning of the table cloths.

MASKINSALEN

(Only clean when Maskinsalen has been used)

Vacuum and wash/mop floors in Maskinsalen (Incl. Maskinsalen's kitchen, Maskinsalen's toilet, Maskinsalen's storage room, and the little hallway to the ramp exit).

Apply a thin layer of Oil ("Faxe Oliepleje Natur") to the wooden floors (in Maskinsalen and Maskinsalen's kitchen).

Vacuum and wash/mop the stairs from Maskinsalen down to the Wardrobe (remember the surface behind the stair steps)

Check all walls in all zones related to Maskinsalen to see if drinks have been spilled and wipe down if necessary.

Wipe all tables and surface areas

Empty garbage bins in Maskinsalen's kitchen and the lady bins in the toilet and put in new garbage bags

Use a White Melamin Sponge to clean all metal and glass surfaces in Maskinsalen's kitchen. Dry/polish with a kitchen towel.

Check the inside of the refrigerators and clean if necessary

Check the inside of the ovens and clean if necessary

Check the coffee machines and clean if necessary

Check the dishwashers and empty if they are full

Check that the cutlery is in the right places and rearrange if necessary

Clean Maskinsalen's toilet, sink, mirror and surfaces

Fill up with toilet paper and paper towels in Maskinsalen's toilet/bathroom

Check Maskinsalen's storage room and vacuum/mop if necessary

Other:

STUEN

(Only clean when Stuen has been used)

Vacuum and wash/mop floors in Stuen (incl. Stuen's kitchen and Stuen's storage room).

Apply a thin layer of Oil ("Faxe Oliepleje Natur") to Stuen's wooden floor.

Check all walls in Stuen to see if drinks have been spilled and wipe down if necessary.

Wipe all tables and surface areas

Take out the garbage from Stuen and put in new garbage bags

Use a White Melamin Sponge to clean all metal and glass surfaces in Maskinsalen's kitchen. Dry/polish with a kitchen towel.

Check the inside of the refrigerator and clean if necessary

Check the inside of the oven and clean if necessary

Check the coffee machines and clean if necessary

Check the dishwasher and empty if it is full

Check Stuen's storage room and vacuum/mop if necessary

Other:

REFUGIET

(Only clean when Refugiet has been used)

Vacuum and wash/mop floors in Refugiet.

Vacuum and wash/mop the stairs from Refugiet down to Maskinsalen. (remember the surface behind the stair steps)

Check all walls in Refugiet to see if drinks have been spilled and wipe down if necessary.

Wipe all tables and surface areas

Take out the garbage from Refugiet and put in new garbage bags.

Use a White Melamin Sponge to clean all metal and glass surfaces in Refugiet's kitchen. Dry/polish with a kitchen towel.

Check the inside of the 2 refrigerators and clean if necessary

Check the dishwasher and empty if it is full
