VITAL Workshop Financial Support Application

Please self-screen by reviewing the below checklists to help determine if financial support is appropriate for you. You may only apply for workshop support once per month using the email address on file with VITAL, and only to your preferred home gym location (i.e. cannot apply for both Manhattan and Brooklyn in the same month). Duplicate applications will result in applicants being rejected from the lottery.

If you are applying for both yourself and a legal dependent, please fill out the following questionnaire for yourself, and email brooklyncrew@vitalclimbinggym.com with details about your dependent.

To be eligible for Financial Support, you must fill out our waiver before applying.
