This form allows you to submit a team for Homecoming. Please make sure all information is correct, as we will use it to communicate about Homecoming. Homecoming Team Registration form deadline is Sunday, September 22nd by 11:59pm.

To confirm your participation as a Homecoming Team the following must be done:
-Submit 2019 Homecoming Team Registration Form via this Google Form by Sunday, September 22nd by 11:59pm
-Submit 2019 Homecoming Team Roster to saprostaff@gmail.com by Sunday, September 29th by 11:59pm
-Two representatives from your Homecoming Team must attend one Homecoming Meeting
      -Homecoming Meetings will be Wednesday, September 25th at 4pm (Oak Room) and Thursday, September 26th  at
       9pm (Oak Room)

Failure to complete each of the steps above will remove your team from the Homecoming Team Competition.
