Our mission in Religious Exploration is to nurture the open minds, loving hearts, and helping hands of our children and youth so they may embody our Unitarian Universalist Principles.

Please complete the form below to register your student(s) (birth - 12th grade) for our RE programs. This information will be kept confidential.  It will be used to communicate with you and to ensure we provide a caring, safe environment for all participants.

Upon completion of this RE Participation Form, your child(ren) are registered for UUCSH Religious Exploration Programs for June 2021 and the Congregational Year July 2021 - June 2022.

UUCSH's Our Whole Lives and Coming of Age programs require a separate application form available upon request.

If at any time you would like to be OFFICIALLY REMOVED from our program roster, please contact the Religious Education Coordinator at dre@uucsh.org with your request.
