Each attendee of Nevada Grand Assembly 2024 is required to complete a Nevada Grand Assembly Media Release. If the attendee is a minor, a parent or guardian should complete this form. If a Rainbow adult is completing this form on behalf of a minor attendee, the Rainbow adult MUST be in possession of a hard copy of a media release, executed by the minor's parent or guardian.

In addition, out of state guests will be required to print a Participant Information Form, linked below, and turn it in at the Registration Desk upon arrival at Grand Assembly.
