Booth fees support The Arc of North Central Virginia's mission of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live connected and meaningful lives in our community.  

The Arc of NCV will assign booth locations to minimize competition between crafters and to assure a variety of crafts are offered in each area of the cafeteria. Home-based businesses will be accepted as applications are received and limited to one per company.  

Event Information:
- Select Booth preference (approximately: 10’ x 10’): NO table $60.00 OR With 6ft Table $70.00
- Set up the morning of the fair, from 8 AM – 10 AM
- Bring your own heavy duty cord for electricity if you have requested it on the application.
- We reserve the right to request the removal of any item which is considered inappropriate.
- All family-appropriate crafts and vendors are welcome, following school rules. (no hate speech items,
  alcohol, tobacco or adult products)
- All exhibitors must have their booths set up by 10:00 AM Saturday, and must remain set up until 2 PM.
- The Arc of NCV is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
