Alliance Youth Basketball Registration
For all boys and girls enrolled at Alliance City Schools in grades 2-6. 
Skills and drills along with games will take place on Saturday 12/9, 12/16, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, and 2/3. 
Each Saturday will take place from 9 AM - 11 AM
$10 Fee includes T-shirt, instruction, all equipment, and more! Can be paid by cash or check. Please make all checks payable to Aviator Sports Boosters with Youth Basketball on the memo line.
A form for insurance coverage, consent for treatment, and liability waiver will be presented at the first day and must be signed by a guardian before participation is allowed.
