Art at The Farm Application

Use this form to apply to participate in art classes at The Farm of Cultural Crossroads.

Please fill out the form in its entirely and when submitted please email photos of your (or your child's) artwork to culturalcrossroadsofminden@gmail.com, or email us to arrange artwork drop off.

Each class is limited to 15 participants per class.
There are 30 scholarships available. Scholarship recipients attend class at no cost to them.
Monthly fee for paid students is $50 per month.
