As wildfire regimes and our relationships with them continue to change, a strategic research approach is needed to understand how wildfires and living systems interact and to forecast these dynamics in a warming world.

The Strategic Fire Research Roadmap will identify these approaches, and we need your input! We have a short survey open to anyone working in the area of fire research. Your anonymous input is valued and will be collated and further developed collectively at the virtual Wildfire and the Biosphere workshop in May 2021. We welcome your ideas whether you are applying to the workshop or not. We will be accepting responses until 5 pm Eastern time April 30, 2021. Updates will be available at https://apply.hub.ki/fire/.
