If you live in Tulsa and would like to pick up a mask, please fill out the form below. Due to costs, starting on 7/8/2020, all out of state requests must be approved first via email at rick@deathray.me.

All masks are hand made 24x7, but custom requests can still take between 1 and 2 weeks. If you'd like a mask faster, enter "Any" as a color style.
