WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT WORKING AT ABW?

All Balboa Weekend is the longest running Balboa event and one of the largest Balboa events in the world. Although we’ve been around awhile, we are always looking to keep the event fresh, engaging, and inclusive for our attendees. We expect that our support staff be able to promote this approach by modeling friendly, helpful, professional behavior and communication with other staff and attendees. After all, you are likely to be in a visible role as the face of ABW!

Potential Roles Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Registration and/or front desk
Merchandise
Staff food coordinator
Floor crew
Video crew
Door/classroom monitors.

We understand that many of our support staff are also full event participants, so we know how valuable your time and assistance is! In exchange for your support, we pay $10/hour and offer the potential option of up to 10 hours of work, with payment distributed at the end of the weekend. Plus our eternal gratitude. :)
