I understand that I must notify the organizers if I cannot make it as soon as possible and no later than 11:59 pm CDT on Monday, January 25, 2023. If I drop out any later, i understand that my registration fee will not be refunded.
I undertand that not showing up without notice to the organizers will possibly result in being blacklisted from staffing.
If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the delegates and organizers, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for event as needed, but be considerate of my responsibilities.
