Stewards are the backbone of our union, and are central to building membership, enforcing the contract, and winning positive changes in our workplace. In order to set us up for success in our next contract campaign, we need to start by building our leadership. It is everyone's responsibility to engage in the union - there is no amount of previous experience or job seniority required. We are all knowledgeable about our own jobs and workplaces, and that is all you need!
