Young Enthusiastic Shinshu Seekers Camp 40 Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in YESS Camp (click on the link to learn more)!  YESS Camp 40 will be held at the Buddhist Study Center from May 25-27, 2024.  Any campers ages 13-23 with an interest in Jodo Shinshu Buddhism are welcome to attend camp.  Lodging and activities will be held across the Honolulu/Oahu areas.  Transportation to/from the Buddhist Study Center (Honolulu and Oahu campers) or to the Honolulu International Airport (neighbor island campers) will be the responsibility of campers and/or their guardians.

Please fill out the following form for EACH camper and submit an online or check payment for the $50.00 regular registration fee per camper (payable to Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii, with a note for the name of the camper).  Please mail checks to:

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact the emergency contacts listed above, and/or the camper's physician. If no one can be reached, you agree to allow the YESS Camp counselors/staff and the Honpa Hongwanji Mission of Hawaii to seek medical care if necessary. The costs of medical treatment will be the responsibility of the camper's guardian.
