***Students learning in the Remote environment and their parents/guardians will complete this form on a daily basis.  The completion of this form is a requirement for the remote hours of learning in USD 418 as per state requirements.  If a  Learning Log is not completed daily for the student, he/she will be considered absent on that day.  For an absence to be excused, the absence must be communicated in advance and meet the USD 418 policies as stated in the student handbook.
