UFest Performer Application Form
UFest Edmonton Ukrainian Festival is accepting applications from groups and individuals for the 2020 Festival.

Performances will take place on Friday, May 29, 2020 between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 30, 2020 between 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Prior to completing the form below, note that all expenses (travel, accommodations, etc) are the applicant's responsibility. Performer participation in UFest Edmonton Ukrainian Festival is completely voluntary. Performers will have an opportunity to sell CDs (if applicable) on site.

Completion of the form below does not guarantee your participation in the festival. You will be contacted if selected and at that time, more details will be provided to you.
