LILAC Membership Form 2023-2024
One Year Membership Fee (7/1/23 – 6/30/24):

$40 for teachers, professors, administrators and consultants

$20 for full-time students (student teachers, undergraduate students, and graduate students not currently employed as teachers ~ must include a copy of your student ID)

Payment options: Personal/District Check or PayPal (through our website: www.lilac.ws)    

LILAC cannot accept purchase orders in lieu of payment.

The information requested below is for LILAC use only.  In December, when our bylaws dictate that we publish our membership list, only your name, position, and institution will be published.  Please note that all correspondence will be sent via email.  We will only contact you by phone if we cannot reach you via email.  

Your annual LILAC membership includes:

*Reduced rates for our Spring Conference and luncheon/professional development workshops (onsite)  
*Reduced admission to our LILAC-sponsored after-school professional development workshops (virtual)
*3 LILAC newsletters
*Kenneth Gambone Writing Contest
*2 grant opportunities (1 elementary, 1 secondary)
