Table Mountain Day Hike
Trip Information:

This is a beginner level Day hike adventure hiking about 7 flat miles.

Leaving Saturday April 10th at 7:30am SHARP from Davis Community Church

Returning that evening.

Medications, allergies, etc. All medications must be supplied to the adult in charge of the trip, with instructions for administration 24 hours before the trip leave date. If an epi-pen is required, it must be supplied to the scoutmaster prior to event.
The participant has a completed and current medical form filed with the troop *
All participants are supposed to have medical forms A & B on file with the troop for all troop activities, and must have form C completed for trips over 72 hours. I understand it provides authorization for the adult in charge to ok medical treatment for the scout if required.
