*About Us:
Balance gathers data and tells data-driven stories on leadership diversity of companies, movies, entertainment, sports, government and other entities, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about diversity, data and startups.

*About the Internship:
We require 10-15 hours per week and a minimum commitment of 3 months with a weekly virtual meeting,
9:00am - 10:00 am (Pacific Time) weekly on Tuesdays. Given that this is an unpaid internship, you would be provided with school credit, a letter of recommendation, references, networking and other career-growing assistance as needed.
