Facility-Based Lifestyle Medicine Immersion Program
The immersion program is conducted in-person and virtually to allow you to personally experience and implement lifestyle medicine care. This will also reinforce and complement your theoretical learning. It provides you with the opportunity to observe the system applied in lifestyle medicine centers and avail useful resources for your practice. The program is open to all PCLM members (trainees and Diplomates).

Your application will be forwarded to the Lifestyle Center of your choice and you should receive confirmation and updates directly from their staff. Kindly take note that the rates may differ or change depending on the activities outlined by the LM center.

* In-person immersion is highly recommended to maximize learning experience and exposure to LM centers.
* Virtual LM program immersion is an option, but it cannot be as efficient and intensive as the in-person immersion.
