Terms and Conditions
If the request is approved, these terms and conditions will apply:
- The aid covers the registration fees only for one season in all or in part.
- Parent or legal guardian agrees to "re-pay" the League through volunteering for fund raising, League functions and activities (e.g. helping with Opening Day, working the concession stand, helping with teams, etc.) if so requested.
- The player must meet all residence and proof-of-age requirements (all required documents must be verified either on certification day or prior to the player evaluations).
- The player must be properly registered with the league.
