Welcome to Lowell!

This form is to notify the school of your intent to register your child for the 2022-23 school year so that we can start the registration process.  Please be aware that completing this form will NOT be your official registration, registration documents must be brought into the school office.  Information regarding registration documents and the required additional paperwork can be found at this link: https://www.cusd200.org/Page/11601.  It is helpful, but not required, to complete your enrollment paperwork prior to coming to the school in order to expedite dropping off your documents.

Completed forms and materials should be brought to the Lowell office after January -
but no later than February 28th (your child cannot be entered into the database until we have received ALL required documents).

Then, mark your calendars for our Kindergarten Round-Up informational meeting on the evening of March 9th from 6:30-7:30.  Further information from Lowell will be communicated to you closer to March 9th.  

Contact the Lowell office at 630-682-2085 to drop off registration materials between 8:30-3:30 pm. Please feel free to share this form with any new families you may be aware of that would like to register at Lowell.
