Agreement
RESERVATION: a completed application and $150 are required to reserve the spot.
SHOOTING TIME/ ADDITIONS: The photographer schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties. CLIENT and White Peony Studios agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose. CLIENT will receive a confirmation email with assigned time slot.
COPYRIGHTS: Until final payment for services rendered is made, the photography produced by are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without White Peony Studios’ explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the CLIENT, copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT in writing. All Social media websites and any newspaper publishing are required to give credit to the videographer White Peony Studios.
EXHIBITION: CLIENT grants White Peony Studios permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of White Peony Studios work and for entrance into photography competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of image.
MODEL RELEASE. The CLIENT hereby grants to White Peony Studios and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish images of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases White Peony Studios and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to say photographs.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This session is not refundable.
WEATHER: In case of rain, it will be rescheduled and the CLIENT will be informed 24 hour in advance.
CREATIVE LICENSE: Images may be edited at the photographer’ s discretion, and delivered videos may not include all images. The photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those deemed professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards
