Expression of Interest - Jira Service Management Help Portal Custom Domains
Jira Service Management empowers teams to deliver great service experiences and ensures your employees and customers can get help quickly. For many customers, the help portal is one of the simplest and most convenient ways for their customers and employees to find answers to common questions using the knowledge base, but also for raising support requests.

We know that branding and customisation is important for our customers, and I'm happy to share that over the past few months we have been making great progress working on this with other teams throughout Atlassian. Our first step is to allow you to customise your domain for your Jira Service Management Help Portal. We are aiming to run an early access program for this feature early next year, but in the meantime would like to learn more on how you'd like customise your domain and URL for the help portal.
