Dear Students, Staff, and Parent/Guardians,
The Calais School Board has asked us to survey all students, staff and parents/guardian on the school's current mask mandate. Please note, if you have more than one child attending a Calais school, please fill out a survey for each child.
This survey is an opportunity for you to help the school by sharing your opinions. Your opinions are important and the school wants to hear them. We appreciate your feedback and honest answers which is why your answers are anonymous. The data collected through this survey will be used to help make an informed decision. This data will be shared with the School Board at their meeting on March 2, 2022.
The following links are to the Maine DOE Standard Operating Procedure that is currently being followed by the Calais School Department as well as updated memos made by the DOE. These links will show information pertaining to both mandatory masking and optional masking. Please feel free to review this information prior to submitting your answers.
