ACPC 2024 Registration Form
This event will take place on Saturday May 4, from 10 am to 4 pm. Only fill out this registration form if you are sure you and will attend. Registration closes Friday, May 3. Each person in a team must fill out their own form.

You may indicate your team member in the form, but they must also sign up. Teams may be updated through this form, but please ensure both team members are aware of any changes made.
