Please be sure to read the following before applying for this plan.

This plan is intended for international students, travelers, and working holiday holders who have difficulty returning home country due to the COVID-19.

*We will reply to you about your reservation within 24 hours.
*After checking room availability, your reservation will be fixed.

If our rooms are fully booked and we have no rooms available, we might try to introduce you to other accommodations.
We will accept only those who agree to the following accommodation policy.

[Accommodation Policy ]
・There are no private toilets or showers in the rooms. Each floor has  restroom, and we have 3 shared showers in our place.
・Amenities: Bath towel (one), toothbrush, hair dryer, shampoo, and body soap

・The Free Stay Plan was decided by our owner. He decided to start this plan because almost all of our staff have traveled in many countries, and during their travels many locals helped them and made their travel more memorable and unforgettable. Our owner thinks it's time to return the favor.
・There are no TVs in the rooms.
・We have a kitchen at our guesthouse, and we do have the following: refrigerator, toaster, frying pan, rice cooker, microwave, chopsticks, spoon, kitchen knife, cutting board.
・Change of linen: On first day, it's free, but after the second day if you want to change, you need to pay or you can wash by yourself.
・The washing machine is 200 yen, and the dryer is 200 yen.
・There may be times we ask you to change to a different room depending on other reservations. We will let you know in advance if this happens.
・With this plan, we accept only those who will stay with us a minimum of 3 nights.
・Our check-in time is until 9 PM. (After 9 PM you can not check-in)
・In case of cancellation, please contact us by 21:00 the day before.
・No visitors are allowed in the rooms of our guests.
・Please be considerate of other guests and local people.
・Our Guesthouse is non-smoking .
・To be considerate of the neighbors, please be quiet after 10 pm.
・We would like cooperation in garbage disposal and cleaning of your room
・Please practice proper hand washing and gargle whenever possible. If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, please inform us immediately.
・When you are in our lounge, please wear a surgical mask and please respect others by social distancing.
