Macedonia Baseball Spring Clinic - Player Pre-registration

Please fill out this form if you would like to sign your player up to participate in our upcoming player clinic. The cost is only $5 for T-ball, and $10 for ages 5+, and will be paid upon your arrival to the clinic, to receive player's wristband. Only players with wristbands can participate. You can pay via cash, credit or check. If check, please make payable to 'MCC'. **In the event of a rain out, the reschedule date is March 6th, same times. Thank you!
