2019 Senior Awards Day Notification

It's the time of the year when Riverside seeks to honor the hard work of its seniors. On May 31, 2019, between 9:30 and 12:30 in the Riverside auditorium, we will recognize these students before staff, friends and family for their academic accomplishments.
In order that all academic awards be included, we need you - as presenter or recipient - to complete the information below by May 24, 2019. (All questions require an answer, so if a section does not apply, please put N/A.)
