Designed exclusively for female BIPOC school counselors, social workers, school psychologists and educators who share a passion for working with girls, Dr. Patty Fellows are women who value leadership, mentorship, professional growth, and who want to make a difference in their schools and communities. The Fellowship is designed to reduce barriers and increase access to ROX facilitator training and program implementation by financially supporting facilitators.
Once accepted, Fellows will participate in a 2-year cohort program where they will receive professional development and leadership training, within an affinity space for women of color.
