In our fitclub, I challenge you to push past your comfort zone, to kick it up a notch, and challenge your own limits. You'll see yourself getting stronger, leaner, and feeling more energized while finding joy in your daily habits while creating a lifestyle that lasts. I help you focus on nutrition, teaching nutrition tips, habits, and education on how to create balance- we don’t’ diet. We work on meal planning, share healthier recipes, and don't feel guilty about "off" days too. 20-30 minute workouts most days, and creating results from healthier habits that last. Both for mind and body. And a monthly book club too! No BS. No diets. Just healthier, better, and stronger together. And everything is all included.
