The following scenarios are extracted from many sources including, personal conversations, the web and information people have sent to me. Where proposals are likely to result in reduced fishing platforms, reduce viability for fishermen and have the potential to undermine confidence in fishery assets more people are likely to leave the industry.
This questionnaire hopes to understand:
1. knowledge gaps in current issues that are fisheries related &
2. how prepared stakeholders are to deal with changes that will negatively impact them.
