Emotional CPR is a public health education program that teaches people how to assist a person experiencing emotional crisis or distress. eCPR training is on Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST each day. This training is being held at Day by Day Shelter, 420 Ceape Avenue, Oshkosh, WI. Coffee and light pastries will be provided in the morning and a snack in the afternoon. Lunch will be on your own or feel free to bring one with you. This eCPR certification is FREE for folks who live or work in Winnebago County.
