Royal Scholars in partnership with Life Ready Learners will offer exciting summer camps in-person, live zoom and recorded to meet the many demands on a parents schedule. Join us for our exciting summer camps filled with fun learning experiences! Each week we will have a new theme designed to engage children of different ages, enhance their curiosity, and foster their love for learning. See our camps below!

June 3rd-6th, 2024: Space Camp
Kids aged 4-6 will attend class from 9-9:45 am, followed by 7-9 year-olds from 1-2 pm, and 10-12 year-olds from 2:30-3:30 pm. Our Space Camp classes will take children on an out-of-this-world adventure through the solar system and beyond. They will learn about space exploration, the planets, stars, and constellations through fun and interactive activities that promote creativity and imagination.

June 10th-14th, 2024: Simple Machines
In the second week of our summer camp, kids aged 4-6 will attend class from 9-9:45 am, followed by 7-9 year-olds from 1-2 pm, and 10-12 year-olds from 2:30-3:30 pm. Our Simple Machines classes will introduce children to the wonderful world of physics. They will learn about simple machines and how they make daily life easier. Through engaging activities, kids will develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity skills.

June 24th-27th, 2024: Animal Habitats
In the third week of our summer camp, kids aged 4-6 will attend class from 9-9:45 am, followed by 7-9 year-olds from 1-2 pm, and 10-12 year-olds from 2:30-3:30 pm. Our Animal Habitats classes will allow children to explore the habitats of animals from different parts of the world. They will learn about different animals, their habitats, and the fascinating adaptations of their surroundings.

July 8th-12, 2024: Art & Science Camp
In the fourth week of our summer camp, kids aged 4-6 will attend class from 9-9:45 am, followed by 7-9 year-olds from 1-2 pm, and 10-12 year-olds from 2:30-3:30 pm. Our Art & Science Camp classes will combine the colorful world of art with the complexities of science. Children will engage in experiments, create different art forms, and learn about how science and art intertwine in our world.

For the month of June, our classes will be live, giving your child the chance to participate in real-time and interact with their peers and teachers. We will also offer recorded classes on the weeks we don't have live classes.

July 15th-19th SewJourney In-Person Camp
Join us for a unique and enriching Sewing Summer Camp experience, set to unfold over an exciting week from July 15th to 19th, 2024, daily from 10 am to 1 pm. Designed for children with a keen interest in sewing, this camp offers a deep dive into the craft, covering everything from machine basics to personalized projects. At a comprehensive fee of $175 for the entire week, campers will embark on a journey that blends skill-building with creativity, community contribution, and personal exploration. Teacher: Student Ratio is 1:10 so sign-up today to reserve your spot! 


Zoom Camps Cost : 
$65- without supply kit provided, instead you will receive a supply list to go out and purchase supplies.
$110- A supply kit will be mailed with all supplies for the week or pick-up can be arranged if you live in the area. 

In-Person Camp Cost: 
For a fee of $175, each camper receives a week's worth of instruction, materials for projects, and the unique opportunity to explore sewing in a supportive and creative environment.

Code of Conduct via Zoom & In-Person 
We are thrilled to have you participate in our fun and educational activities over the coming weeks. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we've developed a code of conduct that we expect all participants to adhere to when attending our program via Zoom.

1. Respect Others: Treat campers, counselors, and staff with respect and kindness at all times. Use positive language and actions when interacting with others.

2. No Bullying: Bullying will not be tolerated in any form. If you are subject to any kind of bullying or witness someone else being bullied, please report it to a counselor.

3. Stay on Topic: Be courteous and respectful when others are speaking or presenting. Refrain from interrupting, talking over or talking off-topic.

4. Use Appropriate Language: Offensive and/or inappropriate language, stalking, hate speech, abusive behavior, or any harmful online activities are prohibited.

5. No Recording: Participants are not allowed to record any part of the online sessions, including audio or video.

6. Dress Code: We expect participants to dress appropriately for Zoom camp sessions.

7. Follow Instructions: Participants are expected to carefully follow all instructions given by the camp counselor or staff members.

8. Punctuality: Participants should attend the Zoom sessions on time and ready to learn.

9. Parental Supervision: We ask parents to supervise their children during online Zoom sessions and ensure that they are following the code of conduct.

By participating in our summer camp via Zoom, you agree to adhere to our code of conduct at all times. Failure to comply may result in the participant's removal from the program.
