Information on the Processing of Personal Datapursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"Operator: University of Žilina in Žilina, Company Identification Number (IČO): 00397563, Univerzitná 8215/1, 010 26 Žilina, (hereinafter referred to as "UNIZA") 1.UNIZA Staff Week Participant acknowledges that UNIZA will process the personal data of registered person (data subject) in the application to the extent of: name, surname, degrees, date of birth, e-mail, telephone contact, name of the sending organization, country, job position of data subject.   2.The purpose of the processing of personal data that will be provided in the application is the participation of data subjects in StaffWeek UNIZA and their contacting. After the event, the email will be used to contact data subjects about the next UNIZA events. At the same time visual and audio-visual recordings will be made. These recordings may be published for internal purposes of UNIZA through the Spravodajca (Newsletter) magazine, as well as for public promotion on the UNIZA internal television circuit, UNIZA website and via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn that UNIZA uses to promote its activities. The purpose of the processing of personal data by the UNIZA CCTV system is monitoring in order to protect property, health, order and crime detection. 3.Legal basis:a) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary to carry out measures before the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the request of the data subject for the purpose of applying to StaffWeek UNIZA and keeping the attendance register,b) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - the legitimate interest of the operator in order to inform the public about UNIZA's focus, to present and promote UNIZA through the publication of photographs or videos from the event as well as subsequent informing data subjects by e-mail about other UNIZA activities, monitoring in order to protect property, health, order and crime detection of the operator for CCTV systems. 4.In the event of failure to provide personal data for registration and attendance list, UNIZA will not be able to register that person for the StaffWeek UNIZA. 5.The contact details of the responsible person appointed by UNIZA for the area of personal data protection are: e-mail: dpo@uniza.sk or Univerzitna 8215/1, 010 26 Žilina. 6.The personal data provided will be stored for the necessary period of time necessary for the purpose of their provision and fulfilment of UNIZA's obligations relating to archiving imposed by legislation. The retention period of visual and audio-visual recordings is set in the valid UNIZA Registry Plan; in case of presentation events it is 5 years. In case of CCTV systems, the archiving period is 15 days. The Operator assumes no legal responsibility for visual and audio-visual recordings made and published by persons other than UNIZA. 7.UNIZA shall inform the data subjects of the following rights arising from the GDPR and the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and amendments to certain laws:a) the right to request from UNIZA access to the personal data provided, the right to obtain a confirmation as to whether or not the personal data of the data subject concerned are being processed and related information,b) the right to rectification of personal data in the event of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, c) the right to erasure of personal data provided that the legal prerequisites allowing for the erasure of personal data are met ("right to be forgotten"),d) the right to restriction of processing of personal data provided that the legal prerequisites allowing the restriction of processing of personal data are met,e) the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) to the contact details referred to in paragraph 5,f) the right to portability of personal data provided to UNIZA provided that the legal prerequisites allowing the portability of personal data are met,g) the right to submit a proposal to initiate a procedure of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the purpose of which is to determine whether there was a violation of the rights of natural persons in the processing of their personal data or the violation of current legislation  8.UNIZA confirms that the personal data provided are not processed through automated individual decision-making and profiling. 9.UNIZA hereby confirms that the provided personal data are not transferred to third countries (outside the EU and EEA) or international organizations. *
