The DPUC Food Relief program is on hiatus for the month of August.

Kiran is happy to provide referrals to the Calgary Food Bank via email at kiran@dpuc.ca. In order to process your referral, she will need:

your address and phone number
legal names, birth dates, and ID numbers for all household members
source of income for last 30 days, and how much was received
how much was expensed on rent/mortgage, heat/electric/water, phone/internet, child support, childcare, health expenses, and credit/loans

There are many places around the city where a Calgary Food Bank hamper can be picked up; Deer Park United Church will continue to be a Calgary Food Bank depot on Thursdays between 5:00-6:30pm. We are not able to deliver Calgary Food Bank hampers at this time-you will need to arrange your own transportation.

We will continue to have COBS Bread available for pickup at the church on Thursdays between 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00pm.

If you are a household with children ages 0-18, please contact Kiran at kiran@dpuc.ca as our friends at I Can For Kids will continue to have resources available at the church until the end of August.

If you are in a household without children and are unable to access the Calgary Food Bank, please contact Kiran at kiran@dpuc.ca for referrals to other local food programs in your area.
