Summer Camp 2022
Welcome to the Boys 2022 summer camp sign-up sheet.
This form must be filled out for each player in order to participate in the camp.  Players will not be allowed to participate in the camp until this is filled out by their parents or guardians and paid for the camp.

This camp is for any Basehor-Linwood High school students (incoming 9th graders through 12th graders) only.  
The cost is 75.00. All funds generated through this camp will go back to the boy's team.  

Camp dates and times: June 27-1 from 8:30 am-10:30 am
Location: BLHS Soccer field

To attend camp this form must be completed.

Payment for the camp must turned into the main office at the High school no later than June 3rd.
Please make checks out to Basehor Linwood High School.
