When you purchase wishing you well or sympathy cards from this site you are supporting the TakeCHARGE Campaign which promotes 5 Steps to Safer Health Care!  The donation for cards is $10 each or you can keep some on hand at three for $25.  Please be sure to allow time for the cards to be sent to you.  If you prefer, we will send the card for you.  Call for more information and for faster service (516) 579-4711. Credit card payments must be made by going to www.takecharge.care and go to the "donate" page and use the "pay by credit card" button.  For all orders of $25 sent to the purchaser, a TakeCHARGE hand sanitizer will be included.
