The SOMSD Department is hosting a spring series of caregiver workshops. Kindly register for each workshop you plan to attend by submitting one form for each event. This will allow us to properly plan for the event and ensure adequate seating for our attendees. All events will be held in the District Meeting Room at 525 Academy Street in Maplewood from 7-8 pm.
