This questionnaire is intended to gather information to better understand how practitioners currently conduct web accessibility assessments and monitoring activities. 

Your responses will help us to:

1. Identify promising best practices and solutions for web accessibility assessments and monitoring activities;
   
2. Learn about current questions and challenges on web accessibility assessments and monitoring activities;
   
3. Discuss about research opportunities for web accessibility assessments and monitoring activities; and
   
4. Identify approaches to accelerate the development of applicable solutions to support web accessibility assessments and monitoring activities.
   

The survey should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Please answer each question as accurately and honestly as possible. Your responses are subjected to Google's Privacy Policy. Otherwise, they will remain anonymous, accessible only to the research team at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, and will only be used for research purposes.
