That's right, folks, we're creating a database for music bookers to help them find Canadian artists and bands that include Cis and Trans Women Trans Men, or Non-Gender-Binary Folks.
When you add your name via this form, it will not go into the database automatically - please have patience, as this database is a volunteer effort.

Province or Territory of Origin *

Some grants require that bookers hire artists from outside of their own province, so this is useful for them to know. You can interpret 'origin' pretty loosely - whether it's where you come from or where you currently live or where your formative years were spent is up to you.

Genre of music *

I mean, sure, genre is kind of meaningless, but help bookers sort Folk from Death Metal by giving them some idea of what they'll hear if they click on your link. Please no 'Janice Joplin baking cookies with Ryoji Ikeda' -style descriptions - that doesn't help anyone. A one or two word genre is the most useful.
